As we entered at the prime time of 5:30 p.m., the restaurant's unique and captivating decor immediately impressed us. The prominently displayed elegant wine cellar at the entrance set a sophisticated tone. Additionally, the open-view kitchen brought an engaging element, allowing diners to watch the chefs artfully prepare the dishes.
The service began on a high note with a warm greeting from the water waiter, whose friendly and courteous approach set a comforting ambiance. This excellent service continued with Dylan, our main waiter. His knowledge of the menu and detailed descriptions of each dish made our dining experience more insightful. His expertise in suggesting perfect drink and food pairings was particularly remarkable.
